I have been having a Forward Collision light on my dash since Mid-January related to the front windshield camera hardware failure. I have received excellent customer service from KELLAN WALKER for several weeks to help resolve this complex issue at Leesburg VA GMC. For several other appointments, I have also received great customer service from Tracie Authier and Scott Pugh. Thank you for providing a GMC team that consistently delivers excellence with great customer service. It makes a meaningful difference to your customers!

They went above and beyond in helping me navigate through getting my car inspected and be able to fix the part needed in order for my car to pass the safety inspection and also my emissions test so I can get my tags for my car. Both tests done in the same day. That's excellent customer service. Thank you.

I also appreciated that they informed me of the necessary costs, allowing me to prepare for the next service. Above all, I appreciated how they listened to my concerns and explained everything I didn't understand.

I am disappointed in the inspection of my vehicle that my wipers were noted as being in good condition when in fact one of them was torn in half and I had replacements that I had not installed yet. Them noting that tells me that the inspection was never even done, they just checked a box.
